Kell-e félnünk a nukleáris energiától?
Gyula Bencze, professor of physics posted a stirring question: Do we need to be afraid of nuclear energy? Nuclear energy gives rise to negative feelings and is associated with Chernobyl. The lecture intended to dispel these fears by shortly describing what nuclear energy is, and in what way (if at all) it is different from other types of energy. It also considered the question of whether modern society could do without nuclear energy at all. If we are in possession of the required knowledge, any one of us is capable of judging the advantages and risks of using nuclear energy. Hopefully, unfounded fears will give way to rational deliberation.
